
Client Hub Access Policy

Diaz Quality Services, LLC ("DQS," "we," "our," or "us") provides our customers with a secure, online Client Hub for managing service requests, invoices, payments, and other essential information. By using the Client Hub, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Access to the Client Hub
· Access to the Client Hub is granted exclusively to registered clients of Diaz Quality Services, LLC.
· Clients will be provided with login credentials (username and password) to access the Client Hub after the account is created.
· Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login information with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
· Clients should immediately notify DQS if they suspect their account has been compromised or if unauthorized access occurs.
2. Services Available through the Client Hub
The Client Hub offers a variety of services for your convenience, including but not limited to:
· Viewing and managing past and upcoming service requests
· Reviewing and downloading invoices and receipts
· Making payments securely
· Accessing work order and service details
· Updating your contact and billing information
· Requesting quotes and submitting service requests
3. User Responsibilities
By accessing the Client Hub, you agree to the following responsibilities:
· Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information within your Client Hub account.
· Secure Use: You agree to use the Client Hub in a secure and responsible manner. This includes logging out of the portal when not in use, and preventing unauthorized access by using secure devices and strong passwords.
· Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Client Hub. Any misuse of the portal or violation of our terms may result in restrictions on access to your account.
4. Data Protection and Security
· Diaz Quality Services, LLC uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect the personal data stored within the Client Hub.
· We store your personal information on Jobber, our secure third-party management platform. Jobber complies with data protection laws to ensure the safety and security of your information.
· We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the fulfillment of services.
5. Changes to the Client Hub Access Policy
We may update or change this policy at any time. If we make significant changes to how the Client Hub operates or handles your information, we will notify you through the portal or via email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
6. Limitation of Liability
· Diaz Quality Services, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your account caused by a third party, or by your failure to protect your account credentials.
· DQS is only responsible for services directly provided through the Client Hub, including but not limited to scheduling service requests, viewing invoices, and making payments. We are not liable for any services or actions performed outside the scope of the Client Hub or for any third-party services integrated with the platform.
· We are also not liable for any issues or disruptions caused by Jobber or any other third-party service providers.
