Welcome to Diaz Quality Services, LLC ("DQS", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services
DQS provides commercial and residential HVAC installation, repair, maintenance services, and related work as outlined in service agreements, quotes, or proposals. Services are performed based on the project scope defined and accepted by both parties.

2. Estimates and Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing may be subject to change due to market conditions, availability of materials, or unforeseen project conditions. Quotes are based on information provided at the time and do not include additional work outside the stated scope unless separately approved.

3. Service Appointments
Customers must provide clear and accurate information when booking services. Arrival times are scheduled within a window and are subject to change based on prior job completion and unforeseen delays. Emergency service requests are handled as scheduling allows and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Diaz Quality Services, LLC accepts Credit Card, ACH, Check, Cash, and Zelle as forms of payment. We prefer payment via Zelle to help avoid third-party processing fees associated with credit card transactions (approximately 3%).

5. Warranty
DQS provides a one-year labor warranty on services performed, starting from the date of job completion, unless stated otherwise. Warranty coverage is limited to workmanship performed by DQS and excludes:
· Failures unrelated to DQS workmanship
· Normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance
· Manufacturer defects in supplied equipment or parts
Diaz Quality Services, LLC does not install customer-provided parts, equipment, or materials. All materials and equipment used must be supplied or approved by DQS to qualify for any labor warranty.
Manufacturer warranties for parts or equipment are subject to their respective terms and are not administered by DQS.

6. Limitation of Liability
DQS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the labor or services directly provided by DQS as agreed in the project scope.

7. Unforeseen Conditions
If unforeseen issues arise during the course of work (such as defective existing infrastructure, code violations, hazardous materials, inaccessible areas, etc.), DQS reserves the right to pause work and submit a change order for customer approval before proceeding.

8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or other customer-controlled factors may result in additional charges.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergencies and special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
